Information |
All products sent to Artisan Scientific Corporation for repair and/or warranty
services which have not been identified previously by submitting this Repair
Service Information Form will be returned to the buyer at buyer's expense and
no evaluation of such equipment shall be carried out by Artisan Scientific
Corporation.
There is a minimum non-refundable evaluation fee of $150.00 per item, which can be applied towards the
repair costs of the evaluated item. This evaluation fee may change depending on the equipment type, manufacturer, and model.
Your customer service representative will clearly communicate any evaluation fees to you at the time an RMA number is issued.
All shipping related charges, including shipment costs, insurance, taxes,
tariffs, and any other charges related to the shipment of equipment to and from
the Artisan Scientific Service Center, are the responsibility of the customer.
