The 6066 series is a range of VXI modules specially desiged for test controllers. It is based on new multiplexed buses in automotive industry. The 6066 exists in different versions with one or two channels and CAN or VAN capability. Each channel must be configured as a network analyser or as a network simulator. Options 1 and 2 (VAN only) allow the user to insert errors on the network.

The 6066 is an ideal solution for testing the new generation of automotive equipment using multiplexed bus. The 6066 can be used to control the equipment during testing or to simulate a network or to analyse data. With the capability to receive two channels in a single slot module, the 6066 is able to simulate and to anlyse the CAN or VAN network at the same time.
