Brazed Plate heat exchangers offer the highest level of thermal efficiency and durability in a compact, low cost unit. The Brazepak is Economical, for everything from water heating to oil cooling in commercial and industrial systems and packages. Compared to conventional shell and tube units, Brazepak heat exchangers are one-sixth the size, one-fifth the weight, have only one-eighth the volume holdup and requires one-third to one-fifth the surface area.
Construction
A stack of 316 S/S corrugated plates, sealed together by furnace brazing. Plates are in a herringbone pattern to produce high turbulence for superior heat transfer. Brazed with copper (std.) or nickel (opt) braze.
