Agilent E5900B Option 060 PPC 4XX, PPC 6XX and MPC 6XX Emulation Probe
This Agilent E5900B Option 060 PPC 4XX, PPC 6XX and MPC 6XX Emulation Probe is used and in excellent condition.
This unit has a JTAG connector, Break In connector, TRG Out connector, On/Off Switch, power light, RST light, DBG light, and RUN light on the front. The back has an RS-232, LAN, Emulation Module and 12V connectors. This unit does not come with the 12V, 1A power cord.
The Agilent Technologies E5900B Option 060 emulation probe provides access to the on-chip debug port of the IBM PowerPC 4XX and the Motorola/IBM PowerPC 6XX family of microprocessors. The emulation probes may be used stand-alone or fully integrated with Agilent 16700 Series logic analysis systems.
