Description
Bellco Autoblot® Ovens provide an easy method to perform safer and more effective hybridizations when compared to conventional plastic bag and box methods. A programmable, digital temperature controller along with forced air circulation provides consistent, even heating. Rotary action provides uniform flow of both probe and wash solutions throughout the entire membrane. All Bellco ovens feature stainless steel chambers, removable drip trays and separate rotisserie and temperature controls. Glass doors enable researchers to monitor experiments without disrupting the temperature in the oven. Borosilicate bottles with red, high temperature PBT screw caps readily snap in and out of rotisseries. A variety of rotisserie and bottle sizes allow successful protocols to be run with as little as five milliliters of probe solution, reducing contamination and disposal costs.
