Description
The Tektronix VX4236 VXI module is a 6.5-Digit Digital Multimeter. The VX4236 is functionally equivalent to the Datron / Wavetek 1362 (A input only) DMM without option 30 (AC/DC current) and with option 40 (ratio).

VX4236 inputs: pin 1 = Hi, pin 5 = Lo, and pin 7 = Guard.

What is the difference between the VX4236 and the VX4237 6.5 Digit Multimeters?

Tektronix replied with: "The VX4237 added DC / AC Current measurements and newer VXIbus v1.4 interface. The VX4237 Manual is backward compatible with the VX4236 because it has both native programming language commands (common for both VX4236 and VX4237) and SCPI programming commands (VX4237 only)."
