Description

This is a component of the JDS OCETS (Optical Component Environmental Test System) instrument. At the system core is a pair of high quality JDS Uniphase programmable switches (1xN configuration) featuring a repeatability of ± 0.003 dB. There are also 1550 nm and 1310 nm FP laser sources installed. There is no manual for this item, as it is only part of the OCETS test system. Optical connections are labeled: S3, S4, S5, D1, SW4-IN, SW4-Out, SW5-IN, SW5-Out, PR-In, and PR-Out. There are two 9-pin electrical connectors on the rear labeled SW4 and SW5.
