Description
The SAPlus Laser Spectrum Analyzer precisely characterizes the spectral features of narrow-band lasers with unparalleled convenience. Its confocal mirror Fabry-Perot interferometer with thermally stable invar construction provides the high finesse necessary to achieve high resolution measurements of laser linewidth, longitudinal mode structure and frequency stability. Interchangeable mirror sets enable operation from 450 nm to 1.8 µm.
